BAR-B-Q Ribs
Half pound or pound, a la carte or dinner. Award winning spareribs. Slow-cooked over real
charcoal and basted continuously. Our very own hickory sauce recipe is "seared"
on, making our meaty ribs tender, succulent and delicious.
BAR-B-Q Combo
"The best of both!" A quarter chicken and half pound of ribs, a la carte or
dinner.
All dinners include curly-Q french fries, coleslaw and corn muffin.
BAR-B-Q "Picnics To Go" (feeds about four)
CHICKEN PICNIC PACK - 2 halves, 2 quarters, 1 pint beans, 1 pint slaw and 4 corn muffins.
RIB PICNIC PACK - 2 pounds of ribs, 1 pint beans, 1 pint slaw and 4 corn muffins.
COMBO PICNIC PACK - 4 qtrs, 1 lb. of ribs,1 pint beans, 1 pint slaw and 4 corn muffins.
Special 'Wick' Sandwiches
Tender, char-pit flavored pieces of our BAR-B-Q chicken or thin slices of
top round roast of beef or shredded fresh roast pork, served on a salted
kummelweck seed Kaiser roll.
Chick 'n' wick (original au jus or hickory sauce)
Beef 'n' wick (original au jus)
Pork 'n' wick (original hot and spicy or hickory sauce or with gravy)
Charcoal Grilled Hotdogs and Burgers
Delicious char-grilled Hot Dogs!
Available with cheese, spicy meat sauce, or sauerkraut.
Juicy, quarter pound, char-grilled burgers, cheeseburgers or bleucheese-burgers.
Sloppy Joe - also available with cheese.
Chicken Wings
Deep-fried to a golden crispness, dipped in our own spicy-hot or hickory BAR-B-Q sauce,
served with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

A Southern style version of pumpkin pie, made with sweet potatoes.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SUPREME
